Federal Railroad Administration, PMOC and MTAC Oversight Support for U.S. High Speed Intercity Passenger Rail Program (2012–Present)
Currently providing support to Booz Allen Hamilton for Program Management Oversight (PMO) to Federal Rail Administration (FRA) for this unique project.
Construction Management and Scheduling Services consist of reviewing program schedule policies and process, staffing and implementation, and evaluation of high-level program staffing requirements, implementation and personnel. Reviews address methodology, established guidelines and execution of program-wide scheduling, compliance, quality completeness of ongoing scheduling efforts, and qualifications of scheduling personnel. Staffing reviews involved assisting with evaluation of organizational structure, staffing plan, position descriptions, current personnel and determining effectiveness of staffing implementation. All work is ongoing.
