We can help you identify your needs, select an Architect, assist with the project scope development and design reviews, pre-qualify contractors, prepare and publish bid packages, receive and evaluate bids. We also have experience with the multiple types of contract vehicles such as single vs. multiple contracts, design-build vs. design-bid-build, fast-track etc. The various factors that help determine the approach include timing, completeness of scope definition, cost, schedule, risk, owner’s experience, etc. In construction contracting, one type of contract does not provide the best fit for all situations. Considering our understanding of these various procurement options, we can assist our clients in selecting the most appropriate contract type, and procurement options, depending on the particular needs of the project.
