Construction Management has been the primary focus of Navigator CS since our founding in 2006 and the focus of the company principals since the late 1980s.

In that time, we have provided those and other construction management-related services to owners and contractors nationwide and developed extensive expertise, a thorough understanding and a project success –focused approach for project delivery.  Our team members maintain a comprehensive and practical understanding of all aspects and phases of a project and program – from project inception and initial scope development and planning, through design, contracting, construction, commissioning and turn-over, and operations and maintenance.

Under our construction –related services, we can assist with developing and implementing cost- and time-saving measures, managing project changes efficiently and for avoiding, minimizing or resolving construction disputes. We have considerable experience with proper development of and resolution of construction claims; and we use that experience to effectively manage the project to avoid or minimize the impact of disputes.  We always focus on project success, endeavor to identify and resolve problems early to avoid project disruption and disagreement.   We always work exceptionally hard to promote team building among all the project stakeholders to keep the focus squarely on timely delivery of a complete, high quality and safe project.
