Project Management – responsible for performing a review of the overall program execution.
The project includes design and construction of a new facility consisting of three buildings and parking for approximately 62 buses. The three buildings include a two-story administration building with drivers’ locker rooms and related facilities, a service building with a cash fare collection room and bus wash facility, and a maintenance building with underground service pits. The total facility will consist of between 38,000 and 40,000 square feet of building space. The facility will provide the following to JATRAN: general repair; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repair; preventive maintenance and inspection; oil changes; electrical repairs; and brake and tire inspection capabilities. Construction began in mid 2011 and is expected to be substantially complete in 2014. We provide a monthly project inspection, comprehensive review of the ongoing construction process, schedule, quality and safety compared to appropriate guidelines, the project design and applicable requirements, participate in an Owner meeting and produce a monthly detailed report of findings and recommendations.
