Federal Transit Administration. Choctaw Regional Maintenance Facility, Philadelphia, Mississippi, 2012-2013
Project Management – responsible for performing a review of the overall program execution.
The project includes the procurement and construction of a new regional maintenance facility designed to serve the needs of the Choctaw Transit System, as well as transportation needs of Leake, Neshoba, and Newton counties. The project includes an approximately 6,500 SF pre-engineered steel building with administrative, maintenance and service space and associated site improvements. Construction began in early 2013 and is expected to be substantially complete later this year. We provide a monthly project inspection, comprehensive review of the ongoing construction process, schedule, quality and safety compared to appropriate guidelines, the project design and applicable requirements, participate in an Owner meeting and produce a monthly detailed report of findings and recommendations.
