Provided professional-level construction management training to GSA regional offices:
Training sessions were 40 hours and included: Leadership and Management, Strategic Planning, Project Controls-Oriented Management, Schedule Recovery and Mitigation Strategies, Claims Avoidance, Disputes Resolution, Effective Communication and Project Delivery and Management Principles.
Training involved direct on-site instruction GSA personnel primarily from the Public Building Services teams. Some of the Modules include overlapping training materials. Training combined and emphasized best practices from CMAA Standards of Practice and the PMBOK®, as well as other relevant industry organizations such as AACE International and PMI College of Scheduling/Scheduling Community of Practice. Provided training to Region 5 in Chicago, Region 9 in San Francisco and Region 6 in Kansas City, National Capital Region, Central Office and Region 1 in Boston.
