2011–Present: Preparing Sample Project Schedules
Prepared P6 and MS Project – based CPM schedules to describe execution of numerous environmental – focused projects for proposals and execution.
Projects include: sample soil remediation/construction projects as part of a proposal package for $450M multi-year environmental services contract in New Jersey; project schedule for $15M+ groundwater pump and treat project, including numerous earth dam and retaining pond, well and piping/pumping network construction in Nebraska; project schedule for $10M+ landfill cover project in Illinois (described below; planning/bid schedule for contaminated soil excavation and removal from remote location in Alaska, and numerous others.
Schedules typically cover multiple years and include complex activity coding and cost loading.
